GENERAL FEES
ONE-TEN UNITS
For small landlords - Up to 12% of Rent Roll.

ELEVEN-THIRTY UNITS
For growing portfolios - 8-10% of Rent Roll.
THIRTY PLUS UNITS
For large portfolios - 3-7% of Rent Roll .

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION
From $500-$1000 per Quarter

SIMPLE SERVICES
From 3%-6% Gross monthly rent.
LEASING FEE/TENANT PLACEMENT FEE
Up to 1 month rent or $50 per tenant, whichever is greater.
DWELLING SET UP FEES
Starting at $250, and up to 1 Month Service Fees

EXISTING TENANT ONBOARDING FEE:
$100 per existing lease or renewing current lease (If not already managed by XCL).
THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS RATE:
Up to 10% of gross value of maintenance or work completed on outside contractors invoices.
